Organiser

The Defence Procurement Conference 2026, West Midlands is organised by One Thousand Trades Group Ltd, its subsidiaries involved in delivery of the event, and Technology Supply Chain CIC, together referred to as “the Organisers”.

Registration and eligibility

- All attendees must complete the official registration process.

- The Organisers reserve the right to accept or decline any registration at their discretion.

- Registration details must be accurate and complete.

- The Organisers reserve the right to cancel a registration if false or misleading information is provided.

Payment, where applicable

- If a ticket fee applies, payment must be received in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Tickets are non transferable without prior written consent from the Organisers.

- Refunds, where applicable, will be subject to the published cancellation policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Process and manage your event registration
  • communicate essential event information and updates
  • Manage venue access and B2B introductions where requested
  • Meet reporting requirements linked to partners or funders
  • Improve future events and related programmes

The lawful basis for this processing is contractual necessity, to deliver the event you have registered for, and our legitimate interests in managing and improving the conference.

If you do not provide the required registration information, you will not be able to attend the event.

Marketing communications

You will only receive marketing communications from One Thousand Trades Group Ltd, its relevant subsidiaries, or Technology Supply Chain CIC if you have actively opted in.

The lawful basis for marketing communications is consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting the relevant organisation directly.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share personal data with:

  • Event venue providers
  • IT and registration platform providers
  • Professional advisers
  • Fudners or public bodies, in aggregated or anonymised form

If you request B2B introductions, we may share your relevant contact details with other attendees for that purpose.

We will not share your personal data with sponsors or third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have given explicit consent.

Data retention

We will retain event registration data for up to 24 months after the event for reporting, audit and follow up purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

Marketing data will be retained until you withdraw your consent.

International transfers

We do not intentionally transfer your personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where service providers process data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards will be implemented.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

Photography and media
